Þlivery Manager

We are looking for a self-driven, success oriented and inspiring leader for the position of Delivery Manager to support a large account based out of one of our Strategic Market Units Roles & Responsibilities: The leader shall be responsible for driving the delivery and must understand customer priorities to be able to deliver delight while keeping Wipro interests in the background. Accountable for Delivery, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction within the account. Responsible for reviewing, managing, controlling and supporting growth of a portfolio of discrete projects. Should have experience in managing delivery of complex and large programs, Customer Relationship Management, Quality, SLA and Contractual Compliance management, lead delivery execution and growth and account strategy, work with Client Partners to identify opportunities of growth. Align with the Client Partners to build winning solutions and deliver proposals - proactive & responsive. Should have ability to interface with customers and arrive at Problem Definition / Business Case, knowledge acquisition and requirement elicitation. Push for innovative, value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Wipro’s offerings. Define vision and business goals for the programs/project and closely monitor and measure results. Prioritize requirements and align them to product roadmap, create and manage a feature backlog. Has good understanding of the Delivery Operational parameters and drive them to align to organization norms. Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, meet the targets of operational parameters and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high customer satisfaction. Drive demand forecasting and fulfilment for both confirmed as well as opportunities in pipeline. Would be instrumental in Delivery Led Growth by scoping new opportunities proactively. Strong Change Management skills, Analytical / Problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills Qualifications: Delivery management professional who has 5+ years of relevant delivery management (overall level 15+ yrs.) shaping and execution experience in the Utilities (Gas Distribution) domain Well aligned to all dimensions of delivery management – 1) Delivery Quality, 2) Execution Excellence, 3) People Management, 4) Contract & Commercials, 5) Delivery Operations Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, & people management capabilities.
