<b>Job Summary</b><br> <br> The Application Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering optimized technical job designs within the area of responsibility. The Application Engineer supports the Product Line in risk management and applies lessons learned to improve job design. This person provides real-time support to Product & Service Delivery as required, and is responsible for the cost of service delivery. This person identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of service delivery and formally communicate findings, and supports the Product Line in risk management and apply lessons learned to improve job design.<br> <br> <b>Roles and Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Develop technical job designs for the Product Line.</li> <li> Identify areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.</li> <li> Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.</li> <li> Provide technical support throughout the service delivery process.</li> <li> Understand and communicate the value of technology and interpretations.</li> <li> Consult with relevant subject matter experts to optimize technical designs.</li> <li> Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service delivery and formally communicate findings.</li> <li> Support the operational unit PSD team and PSD Manager in the execution phase with design changes as required due to changes in job dimensions, resource availability or service quality incidents.</li> <li> Assist in incident response, recovery and investigation.</li> <li> Support multiple Product Line operations with a collaborative optimized job design.</li> <li> Assist the Sales and Commercial team in evaluating technical viability and tenders.</li> <li> Analyze job execution versus design, and formally capture design improvements and optimization opportunities, including lessons learned and best practices.</li> </ul> <br> <b>Qualificactions and Experience</b><br> <ul> <li> Engineering Degree</li> <li> Minimum 4 years of experience in ESP (Electrical Submersible Pumps)</li> </ul> <br> <b>Soft Skills</b><br> <ul> <li> Advanced level of English, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical reports and documents</li> <li> Ability to work in projects focused on deliverables</li> <li> Strong problem solving and inter-personal skills, working closely and collaboratively with colleagues and clients</li> </ul> <br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
