Our Sales Representatives are part of a team of specialists who use their technical expertise and experience to help our customers find solutions to our customers water treatment problems and have oversight for projects with moderate complexity.<br><br>Do you have experience in water treatment? Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, OR Bachelor's Degree in any discipline plus 2 years' experience in the water treatment field.</li><li>Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments including but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities.</li><li>Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude. </li><li>The candidate must possess solid communication skills (both written and verbal). </li><li>Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. </li><li>The candidate must be willing to work independently (after proper training) and be a self-starter.</li><li>Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions</li><li>Some travel involved</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Proficiency in French Required</li></ul><br>Nous recherchons un(e) Representant(e) Technique pour rejoindre notre equipe au sein de<br>Veolia, Technologie et Solutions Eau. Ce role est base dans la Region de Quebec. Nos<br>Representant(e)s font partie d'une equipe de specialistes qui utilisent leur expertise technique<br>et leur experience pour aider nos clients a trouver des solutions aux problemes de traitement<br>de l'eau de nos clients et apportent un support sur des projets de complexite moderee.<br>Ce role est un contrat temporaire de 18 mois (conge de maternite).<br>Vous avez de l'experience dans le traitement de l'eau ? Possedez-vous un diplome en genie<br>chimique ou dans un domaine similaire ? Si vous avez repondu oui a ces deux questions, vous<br>etes peut-etre la personne ideale pour le poste. <br>Voici ce que cette opportunite vous offrira :<br>&bull; L'opportunite d'utiliser votre expertise et votre education pour avoir un impact positif sur<br>les ressources de la planete<br>&bull; Acces a une formation technique et commerciale superieure<br>&bull; Une culture ou la securite est primordiale<br>&bull; L'autonomie de travailler a domicile et gerer votre charge de travail et votre emploi du<br>temps<br>&bull; L'opportunite de voyager a travers le pays et l'Amerique du Nord et d'apprendre et de vous<br>developper professionnellement au sein equipe talentueuse d'experts en traitement de<br>l'eau<br>&bull; Utilisation personnelle du vehicule de l'entreprise<br>Vos principales responsabilites dans ce role seront:<br>&bull; Travailler en relation directe et sur les sites de nos clients ou vous serez responsable des<br>tests et analyses industriels d'eau<br>&bull; Participer a la realisation des objectifs de ventes au sein d'un territoire assigne<br>&bull; Responsable de la croissance des nouveaux comptes et au maintien des comptes existants<br>&bull; Travailler avec les clients actuels et potentiels pour trouver des solutions afin de repondre<br>aux besoins de vente et de service<br>&bull; Construire des relations durables avec nos clients en comprenant les modeles commerciaux<br>de nos clients et les orienter vers nos meilleurs produits et services afin de leur apporter<br>une valeur ajoutee.<br>Notre candidat(e) ideal(e) possedera les qualifications suivantes :<br>&bull; Experience en vente directe, service a la clientele, direction de compte ou d'equipe ou<br>operations industrielles, un atout<br>&bull; Baccalaureat en Genie (chimique, industriel ou mecanique), en Biologie ou en Chimie ; OU<br>Baccalaureat d'une autre discipline avec 2 ans d'experience dans le domaine du traitement<br>de l'eau.<br>&bull; Capacite et volonte de travailler dans une gamme d'environnements varies (installations<br>industrielles, sites manufacturiers, installations de l'industrie energetique, etc).<br>&bull; Competences et/ou aptitudes demontrees en matiere de vente/relationnel.<br>&bull; Le/La candidat(e) doit posseder de solides competences en communication, tant a l'ecrit<br>qu'a l'oral.<br>&bull; Competences informatiques demontrees, y compris Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook et<br>PowerPoint.<br>&bull; Le/La candidat(e) devrai travailler de maniere autonome (apres une formation appropriee).<br>&bull; Etat d'esprit centre sur le client, capable de traduire les problemes/besoins des clients en<br>solutions commerciales a valeur ajoutee et rentables.<br>&bull; Quelques deplacements requis.<br>&bull; Permis de conduire valide.<br><br>We offer competitive compensation and benefits working in a dynamic environment with challenging projects and training provided to ensure your success.<br><br>We realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
