Located in a quiet, residential area, La Amistad is easily accessible just minutes away from Orlando. The psychiatric treatment program places primary emphasis on building healthy relationships, facilitating personal growth and independence, and teaching coping skills to deal with the emotional and biological problems that have rendered the individual incapable of normal functioning in the home, work and/or school environment.The Adult Mental Health Program is offered as a residential, partial hospitalization (day treatment), or intensive outpatient services. This program serves individuals with serious behavioral, emotional, family, school and social problems.
