Do you like to solve technical problems? About the Role As part of the technical team, you will provide desktop and operating systems support to onsite and remote business users. Responsibilities Providing end-user technical support including performing hardware/software installations and resolving day-to-day system problems onsite and remote staff. Deploying, supporting, and configuring Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and Avaya softphones. Working closely with trainers during onsite and remote new hire setup and orientation. Performing routine and repetitive technical support activities. Resolving routine and complex issues and assignments. Maintaining computer and hardware inventory. Interfacing with end users by phone and/or in person. Requirements Have a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Show a minimum of one year of related technical support experience. Possess knowledge of computing processes and technology including Windows 10 or 11 Operating Systems, system hardware and software diagnostics.
