<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Ensure high level of plant equipment reliability by carrying out regular study of problems/difficulties and failures of the systems/equipment&
39;s and produces recommendations for improvement to prevent such problems. Carries out analysis to determine reliability of components, equipment and systems. Collects date and analysis the data, prepares reports to define reliability problems and recommends improvements. Conducts an analysis of equipment reliability problems investigates to determine the reliability required for particular situation considering the limitations, equipment up/down time, repair/replacement costs, weight, size and availability or materials/equipment. Assists the Head of Technical Support Division in conducting required studies to develop the Department strategies, policies, budget, short term and long term programs. Provides engineering guidance and manages troubleshooting/investigation into the complex within Operations Engineering and Operations Groups.<br />

Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
Minimum 12-15 years&
39; experience in designing, sizing, erection, installation commissioning and maintenance of plant equipment in oil/petrochemical industries out of which at least four (4) years&
39; experience in field of design and maintenance. Appropriate computer literary and knowledge of using computer features to solve support different technical analysis problems. Fully conversant with failure analysis and failure mode (FMEA) and equipment critically analysis (ECA) Experience in selection of equipment and maintenance strategy. Strong communication, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantage.<br />
