Our Repair team provides high-quality service for maintaining equipment in accordance with operating specifications. We provide innovative solutions across multiple geographies. We provide customers with excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br />

<b>Partner with the best</b><br />
<br />
As an ARMO Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Through this partnership, you will take ownership for requirement gathering and technical solution design. Ensuring adherence to best practice, you will deliver high-quality solutions on-time, within scope and on-budget.<br />
<br />
As an ARMO Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy</li>
<li>Handling diverse clients in a region.</li>
<li>Developing a year plan for its own department.</li>
<li>Involving in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working</li>
<li>Be the primary link between SD, SD Technical and the Workshop</li>
<li>Ensuring all SD Demands/Alerts are documented per eMtJC and posted in the workshops to drive production as dictated via Shipping Times</li>
<li>Elevating any Inventory needs/shortages up immediately that may impact AMO&
39;s ability to meet SD Demands on-time and operate the workshop most efficiently</li>
<li>Ensuring full compliance to PPE &amp; QTP at all times for all products</li>
<li>Fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment with yourself and across your AMO team and with all Baker Hughes and external employees that interact with your AMO team at all times;</li>
<li>Ensuring all AMO expectations are being met</li>
<li>Reviewing AMO&
39;s monthly production performance and KPI&
39;s to see if any adjustments required to better meet and exceed all expectations</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a bachelor&
39;s degree</li>
<li>Have professional experience in Completions for operations, AMO, engineering or sales.</li>
<li>Be able to speak Portuguese fluently and English intermediate</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experience in project leadership</li>
<li>Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions</li>
