You will be responsible for supporting ALS Line with tasks. You will contribute to the development of an operational plan for your department and team activities. You will shape changes in products and processes for your team to improve and innovate.<br />
<br />
As a Lead Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Following up service case fulfillment, provide quick response to meet customer&
39;s requirement.</li>
<li>Following up Risk Inventory</li>
<li>CAPEX planning, monitoring and optimization</li>
<li>Sales Orders Management</li>
<li>Doing Cost Analysis, Forecasting</li>
<li>Following up Quality Costs</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Fuel your passion</b><br />

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have Bachelor&
39;s Studies in Finance, Commercial, Economics, Accountant, Comex, Logistics or similar.</li>
<li>Have strong experience in Customer order and fulfillment at Oil &amp; Gas Industry.</li>
<li>Show the ability to work independently in an ethical and compliant manner inside a matrix structure.</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.</li>
<li>Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and asset utilization and management with strong financial basis.</li>
<li>Have excellent oral and written communication skills, and fluent English level.</li>
<li>Have SAP knowledge and strong MS Office skills.</li>
</ul>
