ViiV Business Intelligence & Analytics Head

Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Feb 10 2023 Job Purpose： Accountable for the Market Analytics, Business Analytics and Multi-Channel Analytics to deliver innovative and action-based insights to ViiV Marketing, Sales and Medical that drive informed business decisions, growth and competitive advantage Accountable for the continual evolution /operation regarding with Data and System which enables to realize customer engagement in ViiV Japan. Develop/centralize/enhance our forecasting model and the database to improve our forecasting accuracy. Make contributions to create the financial plan (Sales and SG&A) working closely with finance BP and Head of Sales and Marketing. Make contributions to manage SG&A budget across the ViiV functions. Enhance the quality of actions in sales activities, ensure a volume of work that can be performed is handled and thereby continue to attain the sales plan in Japan. Proactively identify and manage competitive threats to protect franchises and future growth. Key Responsibilities： Organizational responsibility in Marketing for building and maintaining analytical and market and business analysis capability Ensure a depth and breadth of specialist technical skills to improve the quality of decision-making across the business. Leading all analytical work to maximize our business performance in market modelling, market insight, sales forecasting and working with all functions. Maximize business performance management and business resource allocation from an analytics perspective. Work with the Head of Sales and Marketing and other Senior Stakeholders to ensure effective products prioritization process is in place to focus limited resources for maximum business impact. Support the Multi-Channel Manager to maximise the performance of channel optimisation analytics. Identify ways of working and potential synergies across all teams that maximize insight generation for the business. Lead vendor management (system, data, operations), data purchasing, content / material management (copy approval, content distribution, tagging, monitoring) and master data management, working closely with the GSK MC data and systems management team. Monitor whether such implementation plans are being implemented as planned. If there is a problem, ensure that it is corrected, and if there is a successful case study, identify the real reasons and apply them nationally to improve performance across the organization.
