Integrated Marketing Campaign Section Manager

Job responsibilities: 1. Understand biz and target audiences, translate biz strategy into marketing communication campaign strategy and master campaign creative, content and channel. 2. Understand company brand strategy and guideline to utilize in daily work. 3. Lead dedicated corporate level campaign based on brand business campaign guideline and framework. 4. Understand segment market and co-work with BU MarCom manager for campaign strategy, including defining objectives, KPI setting up, targeting, messaging and communication channel planning. 5. Develop campaign contents including sales tools, social content, campaign landing page, customer story contents, etc. 6. Formalize campaign brief and brief creative working force for on-time & on-brand assets delivery; 7. Act as campaign leader and coordinate cross-functional efforts for integrated campaign deployment. Qualifications Job requirements: 1. 10 years+ integrated marketing campaign working experience 2. Experienced in campaign planning, strategy development, ideation, creative brief and creative assets development 3. Knowledge or working experience in brand marketing, sustainability related campaign knowledge and execution is highly recommended. 4. Cross function knowledge to be able to guide function team for PR, media, digital, social communication 5. Strategic thinking 6. Good communication and team management skill to work and collaborate with biz partners and campaign team. 7. Familiar with 2B marketing communication tactics and channels 8. Knowledge or working experience in industry automation and energy management field is a plus 9. Good English communication in both written and oral.
