We manage transportation, deliveries and customs clearance procedures related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Logistics Specialist, you'll manage transportation, deliveries and customs clearance procedures related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.<br><br><b>Location:</b> Rio de Janeiro/RJ<br><br><b> As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for: </b><br><ul><li>Coordinating with customs broker, freight forwarder, terminals import and export processes to grasp a flawless execution <br></li><li>Analyzing import/export processes to determine methods for improving efficiency and reducing costs. Make sure imported/exported goods comply with government regulations and Company Policies. <br></li><li>Handling communication with internal customers about the importation and exportation status. Helping foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members <br></li><li>Contributing to projects as a team member. Tracking products flow from origin to final delivery <br></li><li>Supporting procedures review, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost <br></li><li>Confering with logistics management teams to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost <br></li><li>Discussing business strategies, practices, or policies with managers. Monitoring organizational processes. Supporting on evaluation of vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Show solid experience in logistics. Have additional experience in Customs Operations; <br></li><li>Have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Foreign Trade; <br></li><li>Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP); <br></li><li>Have knowledge of Customs regimes such Repetro Sped, Repetro Industrializa&ccedil;&atilde;o, Ex Tarif&aacute;rio request and control are a differential; <br></li><li>Demonstrate experience with importation of radioactive, explosive and chemicals; <br></li><li>Demonstrate good communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills.
