Help shape the tools and processes that manage the data and systems that move compounds from discovery to patients. Job Purpose This role will act as a super-user across all key IVIVT enterprise applications and bring focused attention to the interface between the technical and business aspects. This person will work with scientific staff to understand the best use of our systems and take on the full business owner responsibility. This role will also be the primary contact for managing the in-system archiving of selected applications as defined by management. Details This role will provide you the opportunity to engage with scientific experts in areas like genomics, bioimaging, bioanalysis and toxicology. Here are some of the opportunities this role will provide: Act as Business owner and super-user for IVIVT Enterprise applications including LIMS, Toxicology, Bioimaging, Animal Support and various laboratory-based systems. Own the periodic reviews and audit and access reviews for these enterprise applications. Act as primary person to oversee in-system archiving for selected regulated applications. Work with the backup for this role to coordinate coverage for users. Manage the sustainability of data for non-regulated systems that are designated as in-system long term storage. Work with scientific staff to deliver applications that are compliant and fit for purpose. Manage and provide first-line support for other scientific applications in the In-Vitro In-Vivo Translation organization. Acquire proficiency in all key applications to triage issues, deliver training, and maintain compliance where necessary. Ensure GLP and good working practices are followed in the implementation and use of computer systems where appropriate. Manage the data accuracy in the Computer System Inventory. Why you? Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BA or BS in Chemistry, Biology or Information Technology 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory computing environment supporting instrumentation and analytical automation. Experience with laboratory computing including customer engagement and technical issue resolution. Familiarity with regulated computing landscape and computer system validation Familiarity with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (e.g. Signals) Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MA or MS in Chemistry, Biology or Information Technology Oracle skills including SQL knowledge and database management experience Experience with Cloud computing Architecture and management GxP and computer system validation experience.
