Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Designing and develop highly scalable web-based applications based on business needs. Designing and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibility 2 Explaining all aspects of application integration in .NET and data integration with SQL Server and associated technologies and standards Responsibility 3 Understanding of Hybrid cloud configurations, patterns, and practices. Experience leading enterprise migrations Responsibility 4 Building and operating SAAS platforms using the Microsoft technology stack with modern services-based architectures. Responsibility 5 Recommending and configuring Azure subscriptions and establish connectivity Responsibility 6 Working with IT teams to setup new application architecture requirements Responsibility 7 Coordinating releases with Quality Assurance Team and implement TFS workflows and better source code integration. Responsibility 8 Implementing build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework Responsibility 9 Developing and maintain a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives. Assisting and mentor junior team members to enforce development guidelines. Responsibility 10 Taking technical ownership of products and provide support with quick turnaround. Prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment Requirements (Skill/Experience) Requirement 1 Possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering Requirement 2 9+ years’ experience in building enterprise scale windows and web application using Microsoft .NET technologies. Requirement 3 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Web API Requirement 4 2 + years of experience working with .NET Core framework and Entity core. Requirement 5 2+ years of JavaScript based UI framework such as Angular 2.0+ or React. Requirement 6 2 + years of experience on Docker Containers with Kubernetes Requirement 7 Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure data factories, table storage and Microsoft Azure cloud development, architecture, or management Requirement 8 Experience with Microsoft BI stack: SQL Server, SQL Azure, SSIS and SSRS. Possess SQL server performance tuning (SQL Server 2014/2016/2019) and troubleshooting Requirement 9 Possess in depth knowledge on design patterns and unit testing frameworks. The estimated salary range for this role is $119,350 - $155,000. Job Description • Designs, develops documents, tests, and debugs new and existing software systems and/or applications. • Participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. • Conducts software design meetings and analyses user needs to determine technical requirements. • Drives Proof of concept for new programs and platform initiatives in collaboration with Architects / Conduent Technology Innovation team. • Reviews technical specifications based on stated business requirements. • Serves as a technical expert/architect on the project being accountable for technical delivery of project. • Establishes and ensures design and code review process to ensure code quality. • Ensures product compliance to Non-functional requirements – Response time, Performance, Security, Usability and other Non-Functional Requirements. • Evaluates and ensures the product complies to regulatory & business requirements. • Plans for and manages application release and deployment roadmap and documentation. • Participates in RFP (Request for Proposal) technical solutioning and estimation in collaboration with Technology Solutions Management team. • Implements best practices and Software Development Life Cycle processes within the team. • Grooms and builds next layer of technical leadership in team. • Provides estimates, budgets, project flow, client updates and meeting expectations along with keeping up to team aspirations. • Works with team to address risk and implement mitigation plans. • Shares best practices across teams. • Provides feedback for performance appraisals of team members.
