Contributes to the development of an operational annual plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.<br />
<br />
As a Facility &amp; Carbon Out Specialist, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Being the key point of contact for digital project related to Facility and Maintenance Management</li>
<li>Guaranteeing continuous improvement of Facility &amp; Maintenance Department</li>
<li>Developing strategy and drives projects and initiatives to execute utilities cost reduction promoting projects related to energy efficiency and carbon reduction</li>
<li>Supporting and extending utilization of digital solution for the continuous improvement of maintenance activities and rational use of utilities</li>
<li>Promoting best maintenance practices for sharing with all Italian sites</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have an MEng or MSc (Engineering)</li>
<li>Have experience in Maintenance &amp; Continuous Improvement activities</li>
<li>Be a self starter and demonstrate ability to lead projects</li>
<li>Demonstrate accomplishments of goals through collaborative efforts</li>
<li>Possess excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective problem identification and solution skills on complex projects</li>
<li>Show proven analytical and organisational ability</li>
</ul>
