As Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximises its short and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You will co-ordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.<br />
<br />
As Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Developing commercial proposals in response to customer enquiries</li>
<li>Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion</li>
<li>Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery</li>
<li>Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in Italy to ensure successful completion</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field or sufficient relevant experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Demonstrate solid experience in Artificial Lift Services &amp; Operations</li>
<li>Have good team working and communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams</li>
