The position ensures assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.<br><br>As a Facility Manager you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Managing flawless execution of the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient service delivery</li><li>Achieve cost savings through maximizing utilization of suppliers and preferred vendors/contractors and by identifying additional efficiency opportunities, consistent with goals and objectives</li><li>Operating and maintaining assets a in a cost effective and non-impacted manner to maximize added value</li><li>Develop and manage facility operating budgets to achieve goals and objectives addressed by management</li><li>Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes and projects to increase productivity or longevity</li><li>Lead the development of the portfolio's facility annual capital plan including infrastructure upgrades and building modifications to ensure the portfolio's future capabilities are maintained</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Demonstrate considerable experience in facility management including the site experience</li><li>Show the ability to strategically plan and implement innovative solutions to improve cost, performance and availability</li><li>Show extensive experience in planning and supervision</li><li>Have in-depth knowledge of the building codes, statutory and compliance requirements in Tyumen</li><li>Be fluent in English and Russian</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
