The position will report into the Lucida Product Performance Engineering Team lead by the Lucida and SAS Product Performance Manager and involves full exposure to development, testing, assembly, deployment and analysis of new and improved products and components of deep drilling technology for harsh environment operations. Our positions offer choices ensuring stability, flexibility, and mobility - both career and geographic.<br><br>As an Electrical Hardware Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Root cause analysis on existing products, systems, and processes; measurement and test of electronic circuits and systems within standard drilling and measurement while drilling tools<br></li><li>Development and design of analogue and digital hardware<br></li><li>Development and build-up of test circuits and environments<br></li><li>Testing and qualifying of electronic components<br></li><li>Support of temperature and vibration tests incl. processing and evaluating of test data<br></li><li>Disposition of deviations in manufacturing, quality, and assembly<br></li><li>Intensive collaboration with Product Development Engineering (PD ENG), Central Service Delivery (CSD) and Operations to support tool and service delivery<br></li><li>Creation and modification of multi-lingual (German / English) documentation<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have successfully completed bachelor or master studies in electrical engineering above average and an understanding of technical concepts, methods, and procedures</li><li>Have experience in analogue and digital circuits and systems design through internships, diploma or master projects or work experience</li><li>Have knowledge in the technology of electronic components and systems as well as measurement and control engineering</li><li>Be hands-on-orientated including advanced problem-solving skills with respect to electronics, multi-chip modules, printed circuit board assemblies, design, and technology development</li><li>Be self-contained, self-motivated, and structured to work within a worldwide functioning interdisciplinary team</li><li>Be a good team player and display good written and verbal English skills, due to working in an international diverse working environment and strong interest in working with other cultures</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
