Join us and help empower GSK through technology. We are looking for Digital Design Specialist to support the Enterprise Service Management – Employee Experience team. This role will lead the team with use of design principles and machine learning capabilities to identify, prioritize, and realize high-value opportunities to improve our service management processes through automation and optimization. You’ll be able to impact thousands of GSK Scientists, Sales Representatives, Manufacturing specialists, and all other Employees by driving human-centered design in an Agile environment and contributing as a designer from end-to-end on projects. You’ll solve complex problems and generate ideas and prototyping concepts anchored in research insights, subject knowledge, technology requirements, and business goals. You will employ design thinking methods to uncover insights that help inform design decisions. You will be responsible for… Identifying Employee Experience improvements across ServiceNow employee-facing capabilities, i.e. Service Portal, Requests, Knowledge, Virtual Agent Embedding UX design principles into our Product and team ways of working Designing user friendly conversations to support evolution of ServiceNow Virtual Agent Defining and implementing quality standards and governance to all knowledge articles and virtual agent conversations in ServiceNow platform Supporting identification, prioritization of automation opportunities to drive down costs for the GSK Service Desk tickets, by use of clustering analysis. Translating the requirements for technical team to deliver improved Products Why you? Basic Qualifications: Bachelors in Linguistics, Sociology, Cognitive Studies, Data Science or similar, or equivalent experience in similar role Demonstrable successes with delivering improvements to user experience with a product Knowledge of Natural Language Processing Knowledge of Design principles and practices, certification or experience in relevant UX role would be a plus. Learning agility and passion to experiment Comfortable working with stakeholders across multicultural organization - English language skills required to be fluent in speaking and writing Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and tools: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, ServiceNow SPM, etc. Masters/PhD in Data, Cognitive or Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or similar technical field Experience with designing conversation flows for chat bots/Virtual Assistants Experience with ServiceNow platform Experience with machine learning and AI concepts Why GSK?
