Strong partnership with stakeholders, cross function and suppliers providing confidence and competence necessary to take on the most challenging objectives and drive accountability. Strong passion on digital and multi-channel area, drive and deliver key digital solution align with GSK business and digital strategy. Accountable for assuring there is a clear project scope and strategy, aligned resource needs, comprehensive spend forecasts. Key roles on orchestrating digital solutions to build digital ecosystem to realize more value align with GSK business strategy. Active role in continuous improvement on ways of working and building of efficient delivery project team. Support team to develop ways of working, Loc DDCX execution model for digital landscape. Conduct lessons learned with teams, document, and assure dissemination out to organization as best practice. Contribute and support team to timely decision making, effective stakeholder communication, adherence to applicable processes, contingency planning, and execution. Ensure significant changes to the aligned business case are communicated rapidly and efficiently to appropriate leadership. Why you? Basic Qualifications: Specialized Knowledge 专业知识: Bachelor or above. 3+ears experience in pharma/ health care environment preferred. 5+ years’ work experience and 2+ years’ experience on MCM or digital marketing. Strong communication and influence skills with cross functions. Strong growth mindset, resilience, and agility. Strong insight and execution on MCM and digital marketing. Enough patience and energy in complexity and uncertainty environment. Strong project management skill, drive project with agile mode. Strong analytical skills, a good mastery of data mining, and data-to-insights via multiple data sources.
