Indirect Procurement expenditures account for nearly one quarter of total company revenue. What will you do? Responsible to perform indirect procurement strategic sourcing productivity actions in support of Europe regional strategic priorities Drive compliance to regional and global category strategies and strategic vendors, with a focus on key Europe stakeholders to identify and implement productivity actions in line with regional business goals Build close working relationship with Europe stakeholders and propose changes to optimize and reduce our spend Develop competitive bidding packages, launch RFI/RFQ/RFP through SE tools, effectively negotiate with vendors for best-in-class pricing, and negotiate strong contracts (MSAs, SOWs etc) in collaboration with legal Manage supplier performance, including but not limited to supplier business reviews, managing escalations, monitoring operational KPI's to meet SE objectives Delivers high level of customer service with critical stakeholder groups within Global Supply Chain to ensure the program meets critical business needs. Support critical company initiatives including Improvement Payment terms, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, ISO26000, etc Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations Work experience needed: Min 2-3 years procurement/sourcing role Technical skills: Proficient in purchasing tools and associated processes Requested languages : French bilingual, English fluent Personal abilities or skills: Ability to build solid supplier and stakeholder relationships, and excellent relationship management.
