Customer Service Advisor - Full-time (Monday to Friday) Peter Cox - Glasgow (Hybrid Working) Salary - Basic £18, 869 per annum and OTE £20,000 Per annum 37.5 hours a week Peter Cox, part of Rentokil Initial are the UK's leading preservation business providing specialist services for the identification and treatment of woodworm, rising damp, basement waterproofing, structural repairs, wet rot and dry rot. We are now seeking a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our ‘Enquiry Hub’ in Glasgow The ideal candidate should have a customer focused mindset and take pride in providing the highest level of customer service at all times. The ideal candidate should also be target driven and self-motivated to maximise all survey booking opportunities. Bonus is paid on delivering excellent customer service and generating positive online reviews. Bonus will also be earned on each survey booking as well as other key performance indicators. The day to day job includes: Providing Excellent Customer Service Handling Inbound & Outbound queries Survey Booking and Administration Tasks Producing and updating documents Surveyor Diary Management Answering telephone calls Updating our company database & collecting marketing information Maintenance of records and filing Arranging development calls for surveyors Requirements Successful candidates will have: Self motivation to hit targets Ability to work within a team Good telephone manner and communication skills Previous administrative experience Good attention to detail Good organisational and time management skills Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft or Google software packages A flexible outlook and attitude to hours work and duties performed A genuine desire to be a top performer and offer our customers the very best of service Benefits In return, we offer: A competitive basic salary of £18, 869 per annum + bonuses Excellent training and support from day one Performance-based salary grading, allowing you to move up the ladder Promotion possibilities if you are a high performer Rewards within a fast-paced, exciting and growing company If you've made it this far, click apply!
