Position Responsibilities Develop market access and pricing strategy for assigned brands to ensure capturing all external opportunities, and align with product business plan Develop value dossier, key value message and communication tools Prepare pricing study, assessment and forecast for assigned products to ensure sustained growth of BMS Work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to support market access and business development Support at internal and external meetings as required Other assigned ad-hoc tasks Degree Requirements BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA or Master’s degree in healthcare preferred Experience Requirements 5+ years of career experiences in pharmaceutical industry or consultant companies with relevant market access experiences Successful track records of strategic planning for market access, especially for NRDL Consulting background is a plus Key Competency Requirements Strong analytical and logical mindset Strong communication skills Strong learning agility Strong business acumen Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken is required Travel Required Up to 30%, mostly domestic If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
