Position Responsibilities Lead impactful access strategies development for assigned portfolio with compelling and differentiated product-specific customer value propositions for patient access as an integrated and holistic access strategy in product business plans Lead pricing strategy development, x-functional alignment and global approval for assigned disease area, including pricing analysis in supporting new product launch, PSP, NRDL, etc. Lead NRDL strategy and value dossier preparation Ensures market access and pricing perspective is incorporated into respective global product market access strategy via close correspondence with relevant global access strategy and pricing teams Support at internal and external meetings as required Perform any other duties as assigned Degree Requirements BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA or Master’s degree preferred PharmD and/or a business degree with experience in payer landscape and/or marketing Experience Requirements 10+ years of career experiences in pharmaceutical industry or consultant companies with relevant market access management experiences Successful track record of strategic planning for market access Successful track record of people development and team management Consulting background is a plus Key Competency Requirements Strong analytical and logical mindset, with good project management and execution Strong communication skills, the ability to network across a broad internal and external matrix organization, and the skills necessary to form strong, productive partnerships Strong learning agility Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken is required Travel Required Up to 30%, mostly domestic If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
