Find out more: Annual Report 2021 Job purpose As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will ensure that GSK maximizes the benefit it gets from its investment in IT systems and business processes. This will be a lead role in developing & providing adequate training on systems (Veeva and Sample/promo Ordering) & processes to end users. This role will also play a key role in compliance monitoring of sales force activity. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… DETAILS (YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES) Veeva Operations: Having in depth discussions with SMEs to understand training needs of end-users Assess training impact from changes to systems (i.e., GSK releases / Veeva releases) or processes Deliver training to large number of end-users / Ambassadors. Develop eLearning or convert Instructor Led Trainings to eLearning Identify areas for improvements/efficiencies in existing trainings and contribute or propose process optimization. CRM Veeva functionality implementation: Lead Veeva implementation and work on advanced features of CRM system in collaboration with Sales Operations Lead/Tech Partner/Global CRM team for roll out to end users CRM Veeva dashboard implementation: Lead Veeva implementation through Collaboration with Sales Operations Lead/Tech Partner/Global CRM & Analytics team for roll out to end users. Sample and Promo Operations: Having in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Samples and Promotional material distribution to HCPs Monitor Sample inventory, Thresholds for distribution to HCPs Manage monthly Over threshold distribution of samples, escalation process Manage quarterly compliance management monitoring of specialty exclusion, professional designation of sample distribution adheres to Field force sample management SOP. Manage daily Direct to practitioner sample order monitoring for rejects, stock inventory, returns, replacement orders Collaborate with UPS (distribution vendor), GFL (Return vendor), Sample management vendor for ongoing operational issues, overcome challenges, proactively implement improvements to process. Manage Promotional material stock availability for Rep ordering through Sample/promo ordering portal Manage sales force promotional material allocation to manage inventory Manage shipment inquiries from field force, Sample management vendor, UPS (sample distribution) vendor. Booths & Conference Sponsorship Management: Manage Marketing/Sales Conference Sponsorships programs and Booth Purchases Manager required approvals through collaboration/coordination among cross functional partners Manage documentations/archival process while look for innovations in automating the process Manage Vendor relationship for ordering booth equipment, event organizers and logistics Manage provision of Promo material shipment Manage payments as per SOP Why you? Basic Qualifications 1- 3 years of experience in delivering/developing training for life science software Demonstrated ability to proactively manage workload, timelines and identify priorities. Build relationships with relevant internal functions. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to think and work agile to meet constantly shifting priorities and timelines. Someone who can hit the ground running and is integral to the Business Readiness Team. Work well within a team environment as well as under their own initiative. Ability to transform business requirements into training items, ability to challenge where needed Able to adapt to new ways of working and can accommodate for unforeseen circumstances to training requirements.
