For more information, please visit www.pepsico.com Procurement Sr. Analyst - Portuguese Talent Main Purpose The role has as main objective to maximize the benefits from myBUY (platform) and enable, maintain and manage resolution of issues for different sectors. Responsibilities Accountabilities Reporting / Analytics / Spend Visibility Supports the reporting of Metrics/KPIs/SLAs to local and global teams Supports the collection, analysis, and publication of data & relevant documents Process Enablement Increase myBUY user adoption – e.g. users training, surveys and action plan execution Follow up to system functionality and improvements implementation plan Ensures process documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately. Compliance Ensure Compliance to myBUY and GP Indirect policies Automation / System Upgrade Support Global digitalization agenda for myBUY activities. Support myBUY initiatives with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other functions: Change management, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and IT. Support day-to-day aspects of the myBUY initiatives Minimizes risks on project – e.g. contingency plan, monthly KPIs, project progress tracking. Ensures project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately. Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements Fluent in Portuguese Intermediate English 1 - 2 years of relevant experience on Procurement / Governance Experience in Procurement processes and tools. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance or related. Advanced Microsoft Excel SAP ERP, SAP IBP, Ariba, or related. Affinity with technology applications and business processes and the impact on people Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills.
