Job Description Client Sales and Marketing Associate (Remote) Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM Training hours of operation: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM PayRate: $20/hour plus benefits The agents will be reaching healthcare providers that already prescribe our product. The main focus of the call is to reach the Doctor’s nurse or the Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), if there is one, and deliver the main selling points of our product. In addition, the agents will be discussing the formulary coverage so the healthcare providers are aware of the latest updates. More importantly, they will be encouraging the Drs office to continue to order samples of our product through the portal that they already have credentials for and that have already ordered samples in the past. The agents will need to build rapport with the Dr. offices as they will be performing follow up calls, and on each call, they will be discussing different product selling points. The agents will be using our CRM to manage the records they are working on, and will be sending out promotional materials depending on how the conversation went.
