<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood is recruiting for a Graduate Integrity Engineer to join our Integrity Management team based Brisbane. We are looking for a recent graduate or someone with 1 - 3 years experience. This role is offered on a permanent staff basis with ongoing career and professional development.<br />
<br />
This role has come about due to continued success and organisational growth and team expansion. On joining the team you will be an active member of a collaborative, dynamic and technically skilled group. This is a sensational opportunity for a qualified engineer with an interest in Integrity Management to continue to develop their professional and technical skills, gain hands on experience and make an impact from day one.<br />
<br />
Our successful candidate will quickly be involved in providing consulting and engineering solutions, understanding the issues of key clients and responding by delivering improved outcomes while balancing integrity, performance and cost. After initial inductions and training, our selected candidate will quickly be involved in a variety of tasks such as:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Development of client proposals and scopes of work</li>
<li>Involvement in the development and implementation of asset integrity management (AIMS) programs</li>
<li>Evaluate asset information to determine hazards, failure modes and risk mitigations</li>
<li>Assessing damage mechanisms in oil and gas industries</li>
<li>Utilise spreadsheet and database tools to capture and manipulate data; identifying trends and equipment health concerns</li>
<li>KPI reporting and performance metric development for system integrity</li>
<li>Develop maintenance strategies using a reliability-centred maintenance approach</li>
<li>Updating Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)</li>
<li>Fitness for service assessment</li>
<li>Setup and configuration of Integrity Management Database Systems</li>
<li>Development of client reports to communicate results and recommendations</li>
<li>Assuming ownership of small projects, managing from start to finish following Wood&
39;s Quality Management System</li>
</ul>

<li>Further qualification in Commerce / Business / Data Analytics or previous commercial exposure would be advantageous</li>
<li>We will consider recent graduates or those with 1 - 3 years&
39; experience, with remuneration for this position reflective of experience</li>
</ul>
