Decommissioning Project Manager

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. For this role Decommissioning experience would be needed. <br><ul><li> Responsible for Project / Assignment Management and safe delivery of Complex projects. </li><li> Manage commercial performance. </li><li> Provide leadership and motivation to the project team. </li><li> Effective people management. </li><li> Clients focal point for project or assignment. </li><li> Ensure resources, facilities, systems , corporate support is provided to enable the project team to deliver. </li><li> Ensure roles and responsibilities and accountabilities are developed and understood for project team </li><li> Ensure adequate and appropriate delegation of authority in the team. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b> <br><ul><li> HND / HNC in relevant Engineering discipline </li></ul><br> <b>Minimum Experience:</b> <br><ul><li> Extensive years experience in O&G contracting industry with a knowledge of offshore engineering experience in a management position </li><li> Management of complex multidiscipline O&G projects. </li></ul><br><br><b>Role-Specific Skills:</b> <br><ul><li> Sound practice and experience of commercial and technical risk management. </li><li> Excellent communications skills. </li><li> Practitioner in risk management processes. </li><li> Strong effective delegation skills. </li><li> People managem </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
