Lean Engineer

This exciting role offers opportunity to: Motivate VSM/RIE/SGA Kaizen implement on time, and spread lean knowledge to factory. Evaluate standard time base on manual time and machine time and release. Establish product line or make product line work excellent. Monitors 5S implementation and motivate it better. Collect improvement proposal and submit report. Train new employee basic lean knowledge, refresh train DL/IDL/Staff. Provides continuous improvement project to improve or optimize mass launched products, reduces labor cost and improve productivity. Participates in new project 3P review to early involve project for products design. CI Army develop & Certification. CI Best practice & Lesson Learn Sharing. Support Supplier VSM kaizen. Qualifications Requirement: Proficient in Lean technology and concept. Good expression and communication skills. Proficient in Auto-CAD. Mechanical or Electrical background.
