Compliance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Siemens Financial Services as Compliance Manager. The Compliance team works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a commitment of influencing and achieving a high performing and sustainable compliance culture. You will be responsible for ensuring the business operates in accordance to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements. This role is a hybrid role with a combination of home working and office working at our Stoke Poges office. Key responsibilities: Engage with key internal stakeholders to design, implement and maintain proportionate AML and compliance controls Lead compliance reviews and investigations Identify compliance improvements, deliver training and guide the business on related matters Provide advice to the business on the impact of regulatory change, new product development and improvement of controls Act as the first point of contact in the escalation of regulatory issues and in ensure appropriate stakeholders are informed and remedial action is undertaken Develop & co-ordinate compliance Management information (MI) What skills and experience will you bring to the role? Experience in a compliance role, with specific experience in Anti money laundering Excellent interpersonal and report writing skills with the ability to effectively influence key internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to assess, manage and implement pragmatic solutions to regulatory, commercial and customer outcome challenges UK regulatory knowledge (JMLSG, FCA, SMCR) Experience working in financial services is essential High level of integrity Attention to detail, results orientated, well organised, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Self-starter, able to work independently, learn a broad range of topics and work to clear deliverables.
