You are responsible to keep our custom developed heavily interconnected Charging Services SaaS cloud portfolio up and running and continuously optimize the integration between its parts You are responsible to define, track and improve the guaranteed service level agreements inside and outside with our customers You are working as an interface between the operators, the infrastructure operations and the SaaS DevOps teams You are analyzing the status quo of IT / API integration between the individual SaaS cloud systems and develop with the responsible SaaS DevOps teams improvements You are working with the SaaS cloud product management to align on strategy of the Charging Services You handle escalations for issues related to the SaaS cloud services provided What you need to make real what matters.
