Responsibilities Support in the consolidation and preparation of Business Reviews/AOP/FCST alignment processes, analysis and facilitate necessary deep dives on required focus areas. Support team by analysing profitability and ensuring a detailed and proactive follow up in all activities concerning profitability and impacts vs. AOP, FCST Assist FP&A Team Lead by designing tools to support FP&A process. Support Sector Reporting by providing monthly requests (Accolade, Net Revenue in HFM, Brand P&L). Perform Benchmark Analysis across MU inside BU to ensure best practices. Involve in projects involving different departments; Offer support to MUs regarding FP&A agenda. Qualifications University student graduating 2023 or later Interested in finance planning area Basic knowledge of MS Office Good communication skills Results and deadlines orientated person Language skills: Good level of English Good Customer service orientation, process orientation, attention to details and problem solving skills
