Responsibilities Performing transactional tasks within ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle Preparing documents connected to the flow from order creation to payment phase Manage tracking of completed estimates; open purchase orders, and prompt payments, etc. Support communication processes and reporting between Business Partners and local functions Qualifications Ability to quickly learn new things quickly, especially software / IT systems Attention to details and basic analytical skills Basic knowledge and/or strong interest and motivation to learn and develop in Marketing Financial Processing area Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office programs Flexibility with a can-do attitude Fluency in English Good written and oral communication skills Student Status
