Finance Planning Analyst Intern

Responsibilities Work closely with SC Finance Manager, HR BP, and Control to build out the SC HQ C&B model for all forecasting cycles and AOP. Ensure timely and accurate analysis of monthly actuals vs. forecast/plan and own delivery of monthly rolling Forecast/outlooks through close monitoring of budget performance with focus on forecast accuracy. Coordinate action plans in response to findings, adapting modelling to enhance forecast accuracy. Proactively provide recommendations and communicate risks to Function Leads and Budget Owners. Provide required data and analysis for senior leadership review. Prepare basis for COC analysis and functional reviews for HQ BU CFO. Qualifications Ability to quickly learn new things quickly, especially software / IT systems Attention to details and basic analytical skills Basic knowledge and/or strong interest and motivation to learn and develop in Finance forecasting area Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office programs Flexibility with a can-do attitude Fluency in English Good written and oral communication skills Student Status
