We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently. <br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br>As a Service Delivery Manager - Completions & Well Intervention , you'll ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You'll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You'll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.<br><br>As a Service Delivery Manager - Completions & Well Intervention , you'll be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.<br></li><li>Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.<br></li><li>Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.<br></li><li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries.<br></li><li>Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support<br></li><li>Managing multiple or single products/services.<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience.<br></li><li>Have minimum 5 years of experience working in Completions & Well Intervention <br></li><li>Have demonstrate relevant experience in supervision, coordination of Liner Hanger<br></li><li>Have demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams<br></li><li>Have ability to manage multiple project and deadlines<br></li><li>Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
