AMO Support Lead Engineer

Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As an AMO Support Lead Engineer, you will drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.<br><br>As an AMO Support Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Executing project support/leadership within Pressure Pumping Equipment projects. </li><li> Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent. Working together with people from the business unit </li><li> Communicating with direct team and Supervisor. Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research. </li><li> Traveling to project sites (20% - 30%). </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a Bachelor's level or a High School Diploma / GED with relevant experience in Engineering/Technology. </li><li> Be able to have a good oral and written communication skills. Proven interpersonal and leadership skills. </li><li> Be able to work with minimal supervision, and with problem solving skills </li><li> Have the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix management environment. </li><li> Have an AutoCAD or drafting experience. </li><li> Have a knowledge in ISO9001 Quality Management Systems. </li><li> Have a PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification and MS Project experience. </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
