Our Wireline Services deliver high quality wireline data acquisition services at the wellsite. We also provide a high level of service to ensure the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of our innovative equipment.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As APAC Product Line Director - Wireline Services, you'll manage the company operations of all Wireline Services. You will act as the primary resource on all issues related to execution of sales and services. This includes cost/budget compliance, resource allocation and management as well as team leadership.<br><br>As an APAC Product Line Director - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Managing and Identifying Regional Product Line growth opportunities<br></li><li>Defining own region Product Line targets and goals<br></li><li>Supporting New Product Introductions<br></li><li>Owning accountability for Service Delivery Execution<br></li><li>Maintaining regional customer relationships<br></li><li>Defining regional Product Line inventory, asset requirements and initiative<br></li><li>Collecting & providing customer market feedback and supporting None-Product Line collaboration initiatives<br></li><li>Being responsible for Service Quality Assurance process and field HSE<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent<br></li><li>Have extensive experience in Oilfield Services industry - Wireline Services<br></li><li>Be highly motivated with good leadership and project management skills<br></li><li>Have greater experience in resource management and profits & lost<br></li><li>Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English<br></li><li>Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems<br></li><li>Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex issues<br></li><li>Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric approach<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br> <br><ul><li>Please discuss your working arrangements with your recruiter during the process<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
