Project Controls and Reporting Advisor

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls and Reporting Advisor. Wood have secured a collaborative maintenance contract with Seqwater managing all maintenance activities across the South-East Queensland region. <br><br>This is a major contract within our business, and we are recruiting for a Project Controls and Reporting Advisor on a full-time basis to join our team in Brisbane on a permanent contract. <br><br>You will be responsible for maintaining oversight of all project controls as well as maintaining the monthly KPI report along with reporting functions. There is also an administration content to this role to support the various disciplines across the contract. This role is Brisbane based but there will be flexibility to work from home on an agreed basis. <br><br>If you are seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment and are a motivated energetic self-starter and possess the following quality attributes and be rewarded for your hard work and commitment, then this role will provide you with a stimulating and exciting career opportunity. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><ul><li> Development and ongoing maintenance of the annual contract KPI tracking process </li><li> Creation of the monthly contract KPI report, including liaison with internal and client stakeholders </li><li> Responsible for maintaining the contract continuous improvement program in liaison with the Maintenance Delivery Manager </li><li> Understanding all relevant Contract specific documents relating to the project controls management </li><li> Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all contract's specific requirements </li><li> Feedback to be solicited from contract and project stakeholders and participants </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Professional qualification or equivalent with relevant experience in the industrial sector </li><li> Advanced MS Office Suite User </li><li> A motivated self-starter who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Work behaviours enhance the Company's reputation with the client.
