Project Engineer - Campaign Management system (CMP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure and execute administration and operational maintenance on the Campaign Management system (CMP). 2. Ensure ticket support on campaigns, loyalty systems, and PCN-BCN. 3. Ensure compliance need 4. Support plan work 5. Execute & ensure standard changes, service requests, and minor changes 6. Ensure vendor ticket is raise and support accordingly 7. Ensure proper Incident and Problem management. 8. Work as service SPOC of campaign and service-related changes for CMP 9. Manage and explore an improvement plan. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BSc in Computer Science RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 2-4 years experience in Application Operation & Maintenance. Expert Knowledge of Postgres and UNIX system Knowledge of Shell scripting, and Python. Knowledge of Network core systems.
