Die Stelle ist befristet bis zum 30.06.2024. Schwerpunkt der Position ist die Unterstützung des Support-Teams des MMP-Projektes in den zugewiesenen Aufgaben über alle Projektphasen sowie die Routineproduktion hinweg mit dem Ziel, der Sicherstellung des Erhalts der cGMP-Compliance sowie dem Erreichen der Produktionsziele. In dieser Funktion haben Sie folgende Aufgaben: Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung aller Aktivitäten zur Bearbeitung von Unplanned Events (Events und Abweichungen), inkl. Recherche von Informationen, Aufarbeitung von Daten und Erarbeitung von Optionen unter Berücksichtigung aller geltenden Vorschriften und Regularien (LSOPs, Arzneibuch Monografien, etc.) Dies erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit den betroffenen Bereichen und QA zur Sicherstellung eines zügigen UE-Abschlusses unter Einhaltung aller cGMP-Anforderungen Definition, Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von korrigierenden und präventiven Maßnahmen (CAPAs) Erstellung und Überarbeitung von GMP-Dokumenten inklusive systemischem Workflow (z.B. QC-Pläne) Einarbeitung und Betreuung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen (g*) Mitarbeit bei Projekten sowie Durchführung projektartiger Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Bereichs MMP Einsatz für kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie das Erreichen der Standort- und Abteilungsziele Erheben von Kennzahlen für das Performance Management des Support Teams Why You? Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten: Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften – alternativ: erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Biologielaborant/in o.ä.) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung Sie verfügen über langjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld Kenntnisse von Herstellungs- und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen/-systemen von Vorteil Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP) Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit mit strukturierter, eigenständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Kundenorientierung Why GSK?
