Reporting to the Regional CISO, we have an exciting opportunity for a Pacific Zone Senior Cybersecurity Governance Officer to join our APAC Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance team. You will be in charge of challenging, reviewing and enhancing cybersecurity posture (process, people, technology) at the Regional and Country level within the APAC Region. As an experienced key leader you will be expected to bring a security-first culture to everything we do at Schneider Electric while appropriately protecting and managing the risk to our customers and the company. Some of your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Be the subject matter expert on Governance, Risk and Compliance Ensure Cybersecurity is taken as a key topic within Schneider Electric for the benefit of our customers Support and help animate a cybersecurity ecosystem program Coordinate a cybersecurity action plan with Customers, subsidiaries, and business representatives Management of incidents within the APAC scope, leveraging our cybersecurity posture with Customers and internally Execute security reviews, considering incidents, vulnerabilities, policies compliance, audits, security check, external scoring remediation As part of external engagements: Actively participate in cyber security conferences Liaise directly with National Authorities on Cybersecurity topics such as compliance, through your existing network of contacts and relationships Be a visible member of cybersecurity associations Connect with key Customers to build trust and reinforce business relationships About You: You are passionate and strategic, you love dealing with stakeholders locally and globally, and you want to impact our business. As the nature of communication is fluid and increasingly important in today’s business environment, the role requires an adaptive and agile approach, and it also requires an ethical consideration of the brand values, essence, and mission. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful: Demonstrated five years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance, preferably at a regional or country level for a Global Multinational Corporation Preferably at least one certification as a Certified Information Security Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) or equivalent years of demonstrable experience in a Cybersecurity Governance or Cybersecurity leadership role Preferably one certification as a GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCIA) or GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or equivalent years of demonstrable experience in a Cybersecurity Defense Technical role Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering/Science required. MSc or MBA would be preferred Experience with projects in an international manufacturing environment Familiarity with ICS/OT/IoT cybersecurity concepts Familiarity with security standards: ISO7001, NIST, IEC 62443
