S&P Global Market Intelligence The Role: Head of Credit Solutions Product, Content & Operations Location: New York, New York The Grade: 14 (for internal use only) The Team: Credit Solutions brings together the products that are distributing Ratings IP: RatingsDirect, RatingsExpress, CreditPro, and Other CS Products The Impact: The Head of Credit Solutions Products is a member of the Credit Solutions leadership team, defines and executes the product, platform, and enterprise strategy and roadmap to spearhead Credit Solutions business growth and deliver value to our target markets by managing the existing product suite lifecycle, developing new capabilities. He/She/They are responsible for managing the product development lifecycle for new and existing offerings aligned to the Credit Analytics strategy and working in partnership with the CR&S and MI/FS CTOs and technology teams. He/She/They are responsible for defining and executing the Credit Solutions content strategy in partnership with SPG Ratings and CR&S CDO to acquire and manage Ratings, MI/FS content sets and 3rd party data as well as ensure the quality of the content created by the product suite He/She/They are responsible for product operations. Key Accountabilities: •Drive Credit Solutions product, platform, and enterprise strategy and vision, including Web Apps/Desktop/SaaS, Excel, Enterprise (Web Services, Feed, API), and 3rd party client and cloud service integration. Consult with SPG Ratings and align with MI/FS platform strategy. •Own Credit Solutions product, platform, and enterprise roadmap; drive the product development lifecycle within the SAFe framework for the product suite working with CR&S CTO and Technology team. Work with the Credit Solutions Market Development teams to define and execute product strategy and support delivery of commercial targets •Own the Credit Solutions content strategy, management, and quality in collaboration with SPG Ratings and the CR&S CDO. Prioritize content to be delivered on CS products •Design and execute a scalable Level 2 client support model in partnership with Credit Solutions Market Development team and CR&S Commercial, Education, and Product Specialist teams •Work with Credit Solutions Market Development team to develop the product strategy and launch releases and new products to market •Maintain RatingsDirect “P&L focus” and develop a vision and long-term growth plans for RD. Contribute to Credit Solutions business strategy, including partnership and inorganic; provide product expertise in vendor, partnership, and acquisition analysis •Design, develop, and nurture a high performing scalable and accountable organization to execute the business strategy and create talent development opportunities Experience /Skills •Proven product management skills; experience running complex product management and product development organizations and large scale initiatives in partnership with technology. Experience managing product initiatives in a SAFe environment preferred •Strong team management experience: proven ability to scale and manage product teams across multiple geographies •Experience developing B2B applications and managing complex data sets and analytics preferred. Industry experience with Credit Risk Product preferred. •A solid understanding of business procedures and operations •Highly developed project management and organizational skills •Ability to multitask •Strong analytical skills. •Quick decision-making skills •Highly collaborative •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $270,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. This role is eligible to receive S&P Global benefits.
