If you match the described job role and are as excited as we are to have you on-board in the future, please hit the apply button to be a part of our Talent Community.<br><br>As a member of our talent community, you will be amongst the first to get exclusive news about Baker Hughes, various cool projects we are working on, our employee success stories and new job opportunities you may be interested in.<br><br>Are you passionate about optimizing client's expectations? <br><br>ROLE SUMMARY: <br><b>Responsible for managing and optimizing the global product line asset utilization.</b><br><br>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br>The key responsibilities of the Lead Asset Planner may include the following as well as other items required<br><br><b>to execute the role:</b><br><br><ul><li> Responsible for managing and optimizing the product line asset movements and utilization to ensure business alignment</li><li> Measures and monitors assets utilization and develops improvement strategies </li><li>Works across countries and regions to ensure assets are available to meet customer needs</li><li> Defines and implements processes for asset management and movements </li><li> Works with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured </li><li> Work with the demand planners to ensure new assets, repaired assets and spares are captured with the S&OP process</li><li> Works with the Inventory Optimization Manager to develop spare parts distribution strategies </li><li> Ensure the Equipment Master is reconciled to the Fixed Asset Register </li></ul><br><br>Job Locations are as below:<br><br>1. Kazakhstan - Aksay, Atyrau, Aktau, Atyrau, Almaty, Astana <br><br>2. Romania - Ploiesti, Prahova, Bucharest, Budapest<br><br>3. Poland - Warsaw, Masovian<br><br>4.
