ADVISOR - RESERVOIR (Conventional)

<p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Provide technical expertise in design/update and executing the Field Development Plans including appraisal of new opportunities.</li>
<li>Design, execute and/or supervise special studies to reduce sub-surface uncertainties.</li>
<li>A strong working knowledge of unconventional development, sub-surface characterization and field development planning with exceptional leadership skills to influence and drive opportunity integration</li>
<li>Previous experience and in-depth understanding of Critical Sour and HTHP reservoir leading to optimal production</li>
<li>Expertise in classical Reservoir Engineering methods like DCA, PTA, Material balance etc</li>
<li>Identify, design and execute and follow up Full Fields Modeling, Sector Models, EOS Modeling, Uncertainties Analysis, and sweet spots targets.</li>
<li>Identify, design, execute and follow up of SCAL, PVT, Finger Printing, RCAL Sampling/ Experiments with QC and analysis.</li>
<li>Support integrated subsurface modeling, generating the Asset Action Plan and reserves reporting.</li>
<li>Work closely, as an integrated team member with at least 30% of hands on work, with a multi-disciplinary team environment (including IOC team members).</li>
<li>Capabilities to evaluate new technologies and its suitable implementation</li>
<li>Reservoir Engineering related Software expertise</li>
<li>Provides developmental and mentoring support to Reservoir Engineers.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Reservoir Engineering/Petroleum Engineering.</li>
<li>Advance (RE-relevant) graduate level degree as a follow from the Bachelor's degree.</li>
<li>Minimum 20 years of Oil Industry experience of which at least 10 years with one of the International Oil Companies and/or large reputed National Oil Company (excluding service companies, consultancies etc.).</li>
