<b>Job Description:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Under broad direction, responsible for planning, directing and coordinating engineering efforts.</li>
<li>This position functions as a technical specialist and makes extensive engineering decisions that impact related engineering activities.</li>
<li>Understands all aspects of operations and applied technology.</li>
<li>Assures that operations are cost effective and consistent with overall strategy.</li>
<li>Negotiates critical issues with mid- level engineers and customers.</li>
<li>Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas.</li>
<li>Supervises and mentors Technical Professionals and Service Leaders. Participates in and leads HAZID/HAZOP analysis.</li>
<li>Maintains job schedules, helps perform PPRs and manage the career development of Tech Professionals.</li>
<li>Works with local business development personnel to ensure customers are kept current on technology.</li>
<li>Must possess excellent mathematical acumen and communication skills.</li>
<li>Skills are acquired through completion of a STEM degree and a minimum of 12 years&
39; experience. Incumbents at this level usually hold a certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer.</li>
