Site Name: China - Shanghai - Pudong - New Bund International Square, Hong Kong – The Gateway Posted Date: Feb 7 2023 Are you looking for an opportunity to manage and implement safety processes aligned to medical governance and policies while working across diverse cultures and environments? If so, this is the role for you. As Medical Governance Director you will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to deliver a simplified process and written standards that reflect GSK values as well as regulatory and legal expectations. As a content expert you will also be required to focus on safety processes and written standards received daily and from Senior Directors. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead cross functional and business units to develop and revise processes and written standards. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in safety to effectively engage and simplify processes. Effectively resolve conflicting views on processes with a focus on cross enterprise ways of working. Develop end to end process maps and written standards with a focus on safety. Authorship of key written standards. Develop automated process workflows for key processes. Review and approve proposals to update and revise processes and written standards. Endorse process maps and written standards ensuring they are clear, accessible and usable. Point of contact in explanations and clarifications related to safety processes and written standard. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree Experience working with content processes in a Safety Organization or Medical Governance Leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Scientific qualification is preferred Accelerating Delivery Performance skills Experience in cross functional business units Ability to manage decisions and executions through multiple parties Excellent written and oral communication skills Simplification and process improvement experience Ability to collaborate and lead others Analytical skills Experience working in a global environment Why GSK?
