Service Centre Manager

Initital medical - Service Centre Manager ( Full time - Permanent ) Location - Bristol Initial Medical has an excellent opportunity for a Service Centre Manager to join our team based from our Bristollocation. Initial Medical is a division of Rentokil Initial and has been offering medical solutions to businesses for over 40 years. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of 23+ Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction. The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to: Supervise, develop and coach a team of 23+ Service Technicians Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety meetings Conduct regular site quality audits Inducting and training new staff members to the team Managing and reviewing service runs Administration related to servicing activities Managing customer feedback Covering service runs for Technicians when required Ongoing performance management Controlling service costs for your area Participate in regular stock takes and maintain strong stock controls Requirements 3+ years in leading and managing teams of 23+ direct reports Previous end to end recruitment, selection and performance management experience Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI's Time management skills Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box A UK Driver's license is essential COTC qualification in waste management.
