Maintains task-based queue for completed tickets in the order received or based on criticality. Provides support for installations, troubleshoots local applications, and database issues. Assists Operations Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions. Assists in maintaining and updating documentation. Provides onsite and remote assistance. Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
