Offshore Delivery Lead

<ul><li>Lead, organize and control the offshore construction, completion and start-up activities related to project offshore works in such a manner that the key objectives for projects are being met regarding safety, environment, cost, schedule, work environment and quality. </li><li>Responsible for the final hand-over to the customer and is thus responsible for the functionality (operability, maintainability and reliability) of the installed or modified facilities.</li></ul><br> MAE/MATTE and HSE Critical Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and HSEQ procedures.  </li><li>Participate in Workpack and execution reviews with both on and offshore teams</li><li>Participate in PTW production and reviews</li><li>Supervise all construction and commissioning activities and ensure safety is the priority</li><li>Participate in design reviews, HAZID and HAZOP meetings.</li><li>Ensure execution work scopes meet HSE readiness requirements </li><li>Ensures activities follow applicable Project Management Standard, Engineering Management Standards & VOSG Venture Ownership and Stage</li></ul><br> Areas of Responsibility Competence Level:        <ul><li>Supervise the activities of the offshore construction and completion teams.  Personnel responsibilities for the teams. Set team goals, targets, coach and encourage the team to achieve significant results. Be an active and visible role model, and promote motivation, good communication and work environment within the teams.</li><li>Manage, organize and control the construction, completion and start-up work at site in such a manner that the entire scope meets all objectives regarding safety, functionality, environment, cost, schedule, work environment and quality.</li><li>Single Point of Contact between OIM and M&PS offshore construction and completion teams.</li><li>Responsible for the efficient integration of the M&PS offshore construction and completion teams with the existing platform personnel.</li><li>Liaise and work with the Maintenance, Facilities and Operations Team Leads to ensure project work is supported as required with minimum disruption to operations.</li><li>Attend all key platform meetings; daily-calls, shift-handovers, permit meetings as M&PS representative.</li><li>Ensure that all team activities and decisions support M&PS objectives and priorities.</li><li>Contribute to construction and completion philosophies, strategies and plans that ensure a high degree of completion onshore and an efficient offshore commissioning, start-up and hand-over.</li><li>Overall responsibility for ensuring all relevant procedures, specifications and other required information is in place at site for a controlled execution of all activities.</li><li>Assist Project Management Team in ensuring that construction/completion team is being staffed with competent personnel and resourced to meet project requirements. Identify required skills and highlight any areas of deficiency or improvement.</li><li>Monitor and highlight risks and opportunities in the offshore execution progress to ensure timely completion and hand-over.
