You will provide support to cross-functional teams on a variety of projects. Using your knowledge of the market and vendors, you will build trusted relationships with suppliers and internal teams.<br><br>As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Placing and following-up on POs</li><li>Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, managing problems and scheduling changes including update of ERP and communications to stakeholders</li><li>Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements</li><li>Managing cost targets and identify opportunities for reductions including pricing and inventory management</li><li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis</li><li>Contributing to project as a team member</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Degree from an accredited uni or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 yr of experience in Sourcing).</li><li>Have minimum 5 yr working experience in Data, Supply Chain, Consulting, Procurement and Sourcing</li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills</li><li>Have good problem solving skills</li></ul><br><br><b>Salary Range:</b> AUD 70-97k/ annum<br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
